Traumatizing American Families
National Child Traumatic Stress Network, National Center for Child Traumatic Stress, and Family Acceptance Project
It was near impossible to find a “transgender” child in the year 2000. Today “trans” youth fill clinics that reduce patients to the sum of their genitalia, now somehow in desperate need of medical makeovers under the auspices of being “born in the wrong body.” Families are to believe youth will perish without medical intervention. Never before was this the case, but today modern “science” informs it is paramount to medicalize impossible conditions and institutions across the nation say it is so. These are bold claims built from industry lies.
I did not affirm my daughters “alter” when she caught the “trans” bug on a college campus. Nor did my husband, her siblings or any of her extended family. Yet those that barely knew her seduced her into a world where she spent years as an industry specimen injecting testosterone and going so far as to have her chest surgically altered for a sick cause. Families with loved ones hunted by the “trans” agenda experience genuine trauma. Relationships can shatter, restless nights can drag on, and every waking moment can be spent in grief and worry for the loved one.
Trauma is the “transgender” industry’s specialty. It has been erected step by step through “research” and “science.” “Resources” are then passed down through organizations across not just the United States but the world. “Trauma” has been turned on its head to serve the LGBTQ+ cause. The National Child Traumatic Stress Network (NCTSN), the National Center for Child Traumatic Stress (NCCTS) and the Family Acceptance Project (FAP) are organizations that form the backbone of LGBTQ+ “trauma.”
NCTSN, NCCTS, and FAP together have erected a massive organizational structure providing training and resources to treat trauma. This is the claim that is made at least. The truth is that industry has weaponized the word “trauma.” It does not always mean the sort of trauma one might expect in the course of a lifetime. This is “trauma” of another sort induced by an industry hellbent on creating a new class of human – the “transgender” human. This version of “trauma” is an indoctrination into false beliefs. Drastic medical protocols soon follow. The result is trauma itself. In the eyes of these organizations though, I am a source of “trauma,” as is any family member not playing industry’s evil game.
A Congressional Act
The Congressional Child Health Act of 2000 was a pivotal moment for the LGBTQ+ juggernaut. The Child Health Act allotted massive funding for a broad children’s health agenda. No mention of LGBTQ+ is found in this initiative but the things that have come to fruition since are alarming. Under this broad agenda funds were appropriated for the National Child Trauma and Stress Network (NCTSN), and from this day on the LGBTQ+ agenda began its march to collect youth into industry’s welcoming arms.
NCTSN’s mission is to “increase the standard of care and increase access to services for families who experience or witness traumatic events.” This post makes no claims to NCTSN’s treatment of obvious trauma like experiencing a natural disaster or loss of a loved one. But this is hardly NCTSN’s full mission. Its mission encompasses a broad view of “trauma” including LGBTQ+ identities and family response to that identity. This is not front and center on NCTSN’s website but tucked behind expected sorts of trauma. One must search to find it. Disagree with NCTSN that an identity should not be affirmed whether LGB or TQ+? That is “trauma.” Families are the problem.
NCTSN has created no fewer than 31 resources on LGBTQ+ youth.
“Moving scientific gains quickly into practice across the US,” is a stated goal of the NCTSN. But creating resources like those above does not mean actual science is involved. It only makes it look that way. The result of years of “research” and the creation of “resources” is that a novel medical craft has been implemented using interventions that can only harm. NCTSN claims to treat over 200K youth a year, have trained over 2M professionals, and have over 10K partnerships now integrated into institutions. These include partnerships with judicial, educational, military, and healthcare systems. This is a massive initiative corralling youth into synthetic sex services for over 20 years. The result has led to traumatized families with youth disassociated from sexed reality. A burgeoning industry executes the agenda.
NCSTN Structure
The national center for NCSTN is the UCLA-Duke University National Center for Child Traumatic Stress (NCCTS). NCCTS has no independent website or logo, but appears to fly under the banner of NCTSN.org. NCCTS offices are not housed at Duke or UCLA but in an office building a few miles from the nation’s capital along with other HHS offices. The NCTSN works with its funding agency, the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) of the US Government.
20 years later business is booming. In 2020 Duke University School of Medicine launched the Duke Sexual and Gender Minority Health Program. A university article boasts that Duke is poised to be a global leader for LGBTQ+ care as it is the, “only medical school in the southern states with a child and adolescent gender clinic, an adult gender clinic, a sexual and gender minorities primary care clinic, a top public policy school and global health institute.” In 2022 the NCCTS was awarded 40M in funding for 5 years continuing their 20-plus year on treating “trauma,” all while feeding patients into their growing programs.
What began as 17 funded centers has blossomed to hundreds today and another couple hundred are considered “affiliates.” “Affiliates” have been formerly funded and well-versed in the agenda at hand. Diversity, equity, and inclusion are among initiatives. There are 17 strategic partnerships working on efforts like research, data collection, resource development and public policy. Among them are the American Academy of Pediatrics and American Psychological Association. The full list is below:

Helping Families to Support their LGBT Children can be found on the SAMHSA website. This is a 2014 document created by Caitlin Ryan of the Family Acceptance Project (FAP), a project launched in 2002 at San Francisco State University (SFSU) and one of great importance to the growth of this industry. The remainder of this post will focus on Ryan and the FAP. NCTSN, NCCTS, and FAP work hand in hand to spread this novel medical craft not just across the US but across the world.
Caitlin Ryan and the Family Acceptance Project
Caitlin Ryan was among contributors of a small study of 140 LGBTQ identified youth from 1999 to 2000. It was dubbed Hatred in the Hallways: Violence and Discrimination Against Lesbian, Gay, bisexual, and Transgender Students in US Schools in an article by the NGO Human Rights Watch. This was discussed in “Global Corporations for Global Causes” where it was asked, “Who was giving students “gender identity” language to describe themselves in 1999?” regarding the 8 of 140 students claiming “transgender” identities.
From the “hatred” study, HRW concluded that abuses had to end. Sexual orientation and gender identity (SOGI) were to prevail above all else - no matter what. Never mind “gender identity” was almost unheard of in 2000. This is when they started to make it the next best thing for America’s youth. Inclusion policies, staff trainings, legislation, and monitoring compliance by the US Department of Education (ED) were study recommendations. The study was of such great importance that it is housed at both the United Nations and the US Department of Justice who appear to work, not to stop abuses, but to push false narratives for industry gains.
Ryan and colleagues at FAP are masterful propagandists. They sell LGBTQ+ identities to children and their families, even ones that push toxic drugs, castration, phalloplasty, and more. The FAP works with NCTSN for a gold seal from the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. Claims of suicide are a favorite rallying cry of this evil industry. Never mind they have been debunked over and over and over.
After the “hatred” study Ryan would go on to work on another study with the FAP. “FAP includes the first comprehensive study of LGBTQ youth and their families and the first evidence-informed family support model to help diverse families learn to support their LGBTQ children,” reads the FAP website. Evidence-informed is a lie. Families desiring that children mature in sexed bodies express “rejecting behaviors” by FAP standards.
AIDS and the Trans Indoctrinators
Ryan got her start during the AIDS outbreak when lies, deceit, and industry gains prevailed all while homosexual men often died from toxic drugs. Ryan either became a believer or perhaps she has been seduced by power and money. She is one of many from these days that continue to populate professions where medical interventions are the only remedy to the mental and physical distresses of man. Denying the reality of male and female is the latest ploy. Aside from suicide, HIV is an additional risk to LGBTQ+ youth according to FAP. Does this drive more pharmaceutical use causing more risk?
These “experts” have been praised and rewarded as they press for the latest additions to the LGB acronym – TQ+. Ryan has received an award from American Psychological Association (APA) for her LGBTQ+ research. As an NCTSN partner this is no surprise. By 2005 the APA added “gender identity” to its 1987 hate crime resolution. The resolution supports government collection on statistics and intervention of things they now call “crimes.”
Ryan has also served on the Committee on LGBT Health for the Institute of Medicine, the organization responsible for the book, The Health of Lesbian, Gay, and Bisexual, and Transgender People: Building a Foundation for Better Understanding (2011). This book serves as a foundation for today’s “gender” empire. (Mark Schuster and Robert Garofalo are other prominent contributors discussed in posts).
The Resources and their Spread
FAP has developed posters, videos, training programs and even a tool called the FAPrisk screener. FAPrisk screener is a questionnaire for counselors, teachers, and physicians alike to “assess the level of family rejection and related health risks in LGBT youth.” The questions they claim are, “highly accurate in identifying high levels of family rejection.” Professionals can enroll in a webinar and FAP posters and more can be downloaded from the NCTSN website. FAP resources can be found throughout federal and state programs from the County of Santa Clara, to the CDC, as well as at conferences, at gender clinics, on pride event websites, and more.
Among FAP’s list of LGBT accepting behaviors families are encouraged to support a child’s identity even if uncomfortable, bring a child to LGBTQ events, connect a child to LGBTQ role models, work with your religious affiliation to “make” them supportive, use untruthful language and more. There is something called a moral conscience that precludes these things for perhaps a large segment of the population, but that is not accepted.
FAP claims to have helped over 120K families, professionals, and religious leaders. Many more perhaps believe these practices should end.
The Indoctrination Process
Michelle Meow launched a podcast in 2015 called the Michelle Meow Show. The show slogan says it all: “your A to Z covering the LGBTQ, LMNOP, and everyone in between.” In 2018 Commonwealth Club of California began hosting the show in video format. Shows have featured political social change agents Gavin Newsom, Scott Wiener, and MTF Sarah McBride, as well as advocates for decriminalizing sex work and transgender legal initiatives. Coming out stories are common features.
In this episode viewers can watch Ryan in action alongside 2 Asian mothers with daughters now medically captured as “transgender men.” Ryan is praised by the mothers for teaching them to be better parents, for providing language and behaviors to go along with the transgender narrative, and for providing a cultural backdrop and a new value system.
Ryan begins speaking about halfway through and in her assured voice explains how this works. She informs the audience that the seeds of FAP’s “healthy futures posters” were planted over 40 years ago. It was AIDS that unleashed this agenda. Industry knows that getting families to support the agenda will make things much easier. This is Ryan’s mission - to be the go between; between families and children, between families and industry, between what is good and natural and what is harmful and synthetic.
Words cannot describe the anti-family messaging in Ryan’s presentation. Images from this episode though speak volumes.
Ryan can rattle on, but there is no “healthy future” in lies and harmful medical practices. FAP can produce all the “resources” they want. They will not change the truth. Labels and medical protocols do not create new identities. These women’s daughters remain female with bodies forever altered for lies. They and their families have been influenced to reject the natural order of man and are now social engineering experiments for the synthetic sex industry.
The Michelle Meow Show sponsors Kaiser Permanente, the Pacific Fertility Center, and an LGBTQ+ friendly sex toy shop are better indicators of what Ryan, and her colleagues, are really about.
In 2023 Commonwealth Club of CA merged with World Affairs becoming Commonwealth Club World Affairs. It is considered “the nation’s oldest and largest public affairs forum.” Whatever this entity has been in the past the medical and technology industries that forge social change for profit are the prominent voices today. Many of the same offenders discussed in other posts are sponsors including Gilead, The John Pritzker Family Fund, Salesforce, BlueShield of CA, and Kaiser Permanente.
Money Flows for Social Change
The usual social change NGOs appearing in other posts are also FAP funders including The California Endowment (Calendow) and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation (RWJF). Calendow and RWJF were discussed in “Technocratic Gender Harmony.” To summarize, Calendow funded an 2011 LGBT Field Guide by the Joint Commission which guides medical institutions to bend over backwards for all things LGBTQ+. FAP is listed among the youth resources in the guide. Among other things, RWJF supports projects driving interoperability standards for collecting social determinants of health (SDOH) data across digital platforms. It is all a pulsating web of connected entities moving in the direction of social change for industry with the bodies of youth as a means of financial gain.
In recent years FAP has launched a new website along with the University of Connecticut’s Innovations Institute. There is no space for another rabbit hole so that organization will be tabled for another post. They claim the pandemic has “led national child and adolescent medical groups to call a national emergency for children’s and adolescent’s mental health that requires a coordinated response.” Does anyone else sense that recent emergencies have as much to do with top down social change and ushering in a new world agenda than they do with health? The LGBTQ+ agenda accelerated during these years. Groups critical of “gender” theory have reported an uptick of youth turning “trans” during these times.
Orchestrated stress keeps the financial spigot flowing for LGBTQ+’s evil agenda. Backing for FAP’s new website comes from groups also intent on global social change including the Upswing Fund, Melina Gates investment company Pivotal Ventures, and the Klarman Family Foundation. It is powered by the platform that has gained notoriety in recent years also harping for global social change, Panorama Education. Panorama likes SOGI questions for children too.
Spreading the Agenda
The FAP website claims that in 2011- 2012 FAP research efforts began to be disseminated across the US and abroad. But before this happened policy briefs were sent to Georgetown University (GU) in 2008. GU’s roll and more about the NCTSN will be discussed in a future post. Do not be fooled by an institution that has no gender clinic for children or an institution claiming to be Catholic. GU’s National Center for Cultural Competence (NCCC) happens to be a NCTSN partner. Academic research institutions are among the most entrenched in the gender industry and Georgetown is among them.
Love and Truth Can Stop the Spread
After years of living as an industry pawn and with scars to prove it, there will be no empty seats at our Thanksgiving table this year. Our daughter has reentered the world where love and truth prevail. Her “alter” has melted away and our beautiful daughter has reemerged. NCTSN, NCCTS, and FAP’s sick mission has been aborted. This mission will be aborted over and over and over because people are not born wrong. Males cannot become females, females cannot become males, or any of the preposterous nonsense spewed from these “experts.” Government funding for this needs to be halted. But first it must be recognized. How many more victims are needed?
The FAP model of family where children are reduced to the sum of their parts for a global agenda is a failed mission. The natural family may be the most despised institution for the vision of man in the new global economy, but it is the only means for building a healthy society.
They actually used the acronym FAP? These people are truly sick.
