YouTube Video Promotion
“…let's see you’re your bandages. Wow! It's so great. That's so great you guys. Right on! Oh yeah! Lift it up. That's so amazing! …” exclaimed Buck Angel on October 10, 2015. The “guys” addressed were young women fresh off the FTM assembly line of South Florida ‘top surgeons.’ They were recovering from the onslaught of an ideology that has been raping the sex organs from patients for decades. Their Breast Offerings were now over and the female organs that once adorned their chests were medical waste.
The young women were being asked to lift their shirts showing off their bandages for a YouTube video promotion. Synthetic tubes now snaked under dressings wound tightly around flatness as fluid drained from the excised organs. The fluid would be emptied into a toilet until a week or so when the young women would be chauffeured back to the surgeon’s office. Bandages would then be unwrapped, and tubes removed for their ‘big reveals.’
For some, Dr. Charles Garramone might have been the grand master of ceremonies. He has performed more ‘top surgeries’ than any other surgeon in the world. It was in his office ‘the big reveal’ became a thing. It was Google’s YouTube that made it go viral. This FTM lifestyle rite of passage has now infested modern culture. These young women were gathered at a refuge for recovery but first it is key to understand the climate in South Florida.
South Florida and LGBTQ+ Inc.
Garramone is hardly the only top surgeon in South Florida. The area has an LGBTQ+ Inc. problem with more ‘gender’ surgeons per capita than any other in the state. Where there is LGBTQ+ culture, industry follows.
The first US transgender conference was held by a group called Southern Comfort in Atlanta in 1991. The annual event afforded the medical community easy access to the gender confused. Confused people are a boon for business and in 2015 Greater Fort Lauderdale would lure them away from Atlanta. Do not skip past that 2-minute video. It makes clear South Florida is open for transgender business under any circumstance, no matter the age, or the risk to the health and well-being of a population.
South Florida had another perk. It was home to rising ‘trans’ child star MTF Jazz Jennings. At the ripe age of 14 Jazz was featured in the Fort Lauderdale promotion and spoke at the 2015 Southern Comfort Conference. Jazz was a novel patient. Unlike most conference attendees who became specimens for ‘transgender’ interventions as adults, Jazz started puberty blockers at age 10 and estrogen not long after. At conference time he was yet an intact male, but it would not be long before he would be raped of his own medically stunted sex organ by the agenda at hand.
The Southern Comfort Conference was held in Greater Fort Lauderdale for several years until things changed with Covid in 2020. To date another conference has yet to be held.
A Fallen Angel
FTM Buck Angel, born in 1962, got snagged in the early years of West Cost queer culture. She began ‘transitioning’ at the age of 28. Angel is famous for being “the man with a pussy” in porn markets. Angel sells goods and services via Buck Angel Enterprises whose mission it is to “re-define gender and to foster a new generation as they discover the fluidity of sexuality and navigate gender politics.” She claims to be a sex educator but only industry wants this flavor of sex education. Her wealth and fame are worthy only in a sick society.
In 2010 Angel spoke at Sex Week at Yale about her “gender transformation” to impressionable students. In 2011 her documentary, Sexing the Transman, premiered. The trailer’s first few seconds are enough to be disgusted. Never mind though, awards are bestowed upon filth today and her films are “now are used in many universities to help educate about trans male sexuality.” Few would know about about Angel were it not for awards showered and media assistance. Her seedy content was pushed throughout print, radio, TV, and film via a media captured by industry goals. By 2016 she partnered with Perfect Fit Brands to launch a line of FTM sex products. These products have found their way into the hands of children thanks to YouTube FTM influencers.
While her trademarks filings for “man with a pussy” and “mangina” in 2006 for adult entertainment “via a global computer network” were abandoned, she holds others. Her “TRANPA” filing came in 2020 for “television show production [and] providing an internet website portal featuring entertainment news and information specifically in the field of sexual health and well-being.” In 2024 she filed for a trademark for “Buck Angel” for adult entertainment.
In 2015 Angel earned another recognition. She was not just a media influencer, porn star, and owner of Buck Angel Enterprises, she was now also a director of a new nonprofit, New Beginnings TLC (NBTLC).
A Recovery Center
For many years it was not just FTM social media influencers on YouTube bringing flocks of confused young women to the doorsteps of gender surgeons. Not only did South Florida get an economic boost by the Southern Comfort Conference, Florida ‘top surgeons’ had other accomplices in growing their dirty work. NBTLC had just been granted nonprofit status as a retreat facility. Angel was in town in October 2015 to celebrate.
In 2011, the year Buck Angel was busy filming Sexing the Transman, and at the age of 54, retired nurse Leland Koble (previously Kathy) had her breasts removed. The surgeon is never mentioned by name. In 2012 she and her partner Bonnie Lazarus launched NBTLC. They set about opening a recovery center for FTMs. Like Angel, they are among an older generation of women who went all in to drive synthetic medical identities into future generations. Money and fame are likely part of the charm for these priestesses of gender ideology. Most consider themselves somewhere on the identity spectrum. Koble fluctuates often calling herself ‘trans’ and ‘nonbinary’ while Lazarus considers herself ‘trans masculine’ and ‘nonbinary.’
Koble informs viewers how the recovery center came about :
My wife and I sat down and put a business proposal together and we went into a surgeon here in a South Florida's [sic] office and presented that business proposal to them at that time. He and his secretary came into the room, and they were very excited about the prospect of this being the finishing touch for his business. He said that he would refer his patients to us because it was quite a substantial financial investment for us.
In 2012 NBTLC started a YouTube channel and posted 87 videos receiving 31K views until 2019. In the first few years more than 900 women stayed at NBTLC during their ‘top surgery’ experience. Often a friend or family member came along for support.
“Thanks for being such a great mom… other mothers will see this, and it is so beautiful and loving and courageous of you as a mother to be with your son…,” are Angel’s words spoken that day in October to a few mothers attending to their now breast-less daughters. They were on their way to becoming ‘transmen’ - just like Angel.
There were “stumbling blocks” the first 2 years before relocating for better proximity and larger accommodations. NBTLC operated out of a 7-bedroom home with 6 of the rooms available for a surgery stay. Koble claims the home was rented. A virtual tour of the home with a gourmet kitchen and water feature is given in the dark of night. The location is never mentioned.
The all-inclusive accommodations meant rides to and from medical appointments, trips to local attractions, post-op supplies, and meals. Upon non-profit status organic food was supplied by Trader Joe’s. “When you come to stay here at NBR you don’t have to buy all that stuff on your post-op list because I provide that for you. All the things like Tylenol, ace bandages, your antibiotic ointment, …” informs the hostess. What perks for falling for lies!
Patients hailed from across the US, and from the UK, Italy, Korea, Australia and more to stay at NBTLC. A map tracked patient locations. A guest book called “the tree of life” recorded names. Never mind the lifestyle leads to dying branches of family trees. They are replaced by efforts of a medical establishment to ‘create’ families via artificial reproductive technologies (ART) after sex organs are relinquished to medical waste. These young women do not understand that - yet.
Patient YouTube posts drop NBTLC mentions. “I am going to stay at New Beginnings. It was the cheapest place I could find down there,” says one young woman determined that her breasts were better off gone. She adds in the perks like rides to appointments, picking up medications, and the fact that all FTMs stay there so, “you can make friends and stuff.”
Others have posted New Beginnings into video descriptions. Some share details. One young woman was picked up from the airport by a center employee and taken to her pre-op appointment. The employee was messaged for pickup. Another got to join Koble to fetch a “guy” after surgery easing fears of her own pending procedure. Patients talk about how cool it is to have others share the experience. In a post called “Best Buddies Created at New Beginnings,” foreign patients praise their stay. “It must be good for Garramone too because he does not have to answer all the questions over,” says one patient in reference to Koble and Lazarus’ expert advice. It was Facebook where one UK patient learned of the center. It was like family to her. “I made friends for life,” she says.
The Surgeons
Gathered for the fundraiser festivities on October 10, 2015, along with Angel, Koble, and Lazarus was homosexual plastic surgeon, Dr. Russel Sassani. OutSFL, an LGBTQ+ newsletter, covered the event. 20 years prior Angel was a surgeon’s first patient and her endocrinologist’s “guinea pig.” Today physicians dole out cross sex hormones like candy, over 900 US top surgeons cut off breasts, and there are more guinea pigs than ever.
OutSFL states that Koble is an advocate for fair pricing at Sassani’s Take Shape Surgery Center. Was money exchanged between Koble and Sassani? “With unanimous 5-star reviews from his trans male patients, Dr. Sassani has quickly become one of the most popular FTM top surgeons in the Southeastern United States,” reads his topsurgery.net listing.
OutSFL mentions a “secret second location,” a “safe house for trans and non-conforming youth.” Unethical connections are obvious with one center but were Koble and Lazarus also grooming children for the patient to surgeon pipeline?
Koble’s exact arrangement with local surgeons is unclear except no doubt there was, and perhaps still is, a relationship. Koble tells her audience, “the bottom line here is if you're looking for good results there are [some] a couple of different surgeons in South Florida that will give you just that.” New connections with a Miami phalloplasty surgeon get mentioned. Koble claims the center just hosted their 2nd such patient.
NBTLC’s YouTube channel has 20 patient posts who sought services from Garramone while staying at the center.
Relationships existed with other surgeons too. A 2014 post provides the scoop on Dr. Keshishian (since deceased) who was offering low-cost surgeries after opening a small private surgery center in his office. He had allegedly been denied the ability to perform ‘top surgeries’ in a local hospital. Koble is clear to say she does not endorse the man but made a point of meeting him to assess the situation and let her audience know that he seemed, “genuinely concerned about our community.” Sounds trustworthy, no?
Another 2014 post runs interference for Dr. Timothy Alexander, a surgeon at South Florida Center for Cosmetic Surgery, who was up against a previous malpractice lawsuit. After interviewing the man, Koble declares, “He was not negligent in anyway.” Koble presented the idea of offering discounted rates to patients and claims the doctor agreed to a 5k all-inclusive rate. While saying she works with this surgeon and 2 others in the area, she also claims she is not affiliated with them. Only one can be true. Which is it?
Koble complains in the video that NBTLC is not listed on one particular surgeon’s website (no name is offered). Instead NBTLC is recommended in phone calls only. Koble could not explain it. What could they be afraid of?
In 2019 Koble posted a video making sure everyone is aware of the other recovery center in Central Florida for Orlando/Tampa surgeons. She also introduces a sliding scale option to help with the rising cost of surgeries and travel. “New Beginnings would much rather see you stay in a safe, comfortable, loving environment,” says Koble.
In 2019 the last recovery center YouTube video was made. Sassani does a short sales pitch for NBTLC. He informs the audience the biggest part of his practice has become “transgender top surgery.” No doubt Koble and Lazarus contributed to this accomplishment. Buck Angel retained her status as director through 2019 when a new director came onboard.
The recovery center might have closed in 2020 but NBTLC remains a nonprofit. A Facebook account remains active. Their new address is listed as “stealth” in Pembroke, FL but an address elsewhere is not hard to find. Little is known about the Central Florida location. Did it close?
Transgender Conference Circuit
Koble and Lazarus have since moved on to the transgender conference circuit. They claim to want to bring different voices together under one roof, every letter of LGBTQ+. Koble tells this story in a YouTube interview with MTF transactivist Outrageous with Robyn.
Koble and Lazarus were hardly new to the transgender conference circuit. After their recovery center had launched in 2012, amongst all the lovely ‘ladies’ and the growing number of medically induced ‘men’ can be found, sitting at a table at the 2015 Southern Comfort Conference, none other than Bonnie Lazarus and Leland Koble. Did they meet Jazz Jennings? How many doctors attended from their network? Sassani advertises attending these events on his website. Was he there? How many potential patients were lured into a stay at NBTLC?
In October of 2024 the Beyond Gender Conference was held in South Florida. No doubt the Greater Fort Lauderdale LGBTQ+ visitor center was thrilled. None of the surgeons thus far mentioned in this post were presenters but Florida surgeon Sidhbh Gallagher was. Gallagher hails from the University of Indiana where she founded the Gender Affirmation Program before starting a private practice in Miami. She is known for using TikTok to push teen ‘transitions.’

Also presenting was Dr. Deborah Grayson, a clinical sexologist and relative of the Jennings family. She features in the reality show, I Am Jazz, and is a board member of the Jennings family foundation, Trans Kids Purple Rainbow.
Grayson worked with South Florida’s SunServe, an LGBTQ+ social services organizations, from its inception in 2002 until 2014. No mention of LGBTQ+ in South Florida is complete without SunServe. Grayson developed a program for 3–11-year-old gender non-conforming youth and their families that is still running. SunServe’s LGBTQ youth group launched in 2004 and now caters to hundreds of children in the area. SunServe’s Transgender Services Department clinches the deal connecting clients to medical care.
The Bigger Picture
Of course there is a bigger picture. All this is not because ‘trans’ is real. It is because an industry has made it the next best thing. It is called business markets in synthetic futures. Where there was once LGB can now be found TQ+ in spades. Fort Lauderdale became home to it all. By 1995 Broward County included sexual orientation in their Human Rights Act. By 2008 gender identity was included. By 2012 Broward County schools were the first in the nation to recognize LGBTQ+ history month and went on to ban youth conversion therapy by 2018. Add in SunServe, the Southern Comfort Conference and more and it is no wonder the medical community is flush with confused patients.
A few more ties to industry will be mentioned here but know they are everywhere. In 2016 Dr. Sassani presented “Chest Reconstruction Surgery for the Transgender Patient” at the South Florida Transgender Medical Symposium (SFTMS).
SFTMS is a non-profit started around 2010 to help train medical professionals for the novel markets blossoming in transgender behavioral and medical health. They have helped spread the gender lie to over 4000 medical professionals. The “current political climate” has resulted in cancellation of the 14th annual conference. They plan to stay “steadfast in [their] mission” though.
SFTMS is partners with the University of Miami’s Miller School of Health Center for AIDS Research (UMiami CFAR), as well as the largest LGBTQ+ advocacy group in the state (Equality Florida), and others.
UMiami’s CFAR is one of 19 such centers across the country. AIDS has opened a spigot to federal funding in expanded markets. Like other institutions where AIDS services can be found, can also be found growing programs in gender, fertility preservation, and ART. UMiami is no different. It is home to a “PrEP bundled with gender affirming treatment” drug cocktail coined BeWell by a Miami physician, home to the author of book chapter on phalloplasty staging, and home to growing programs in gamete donation and surrogacy for transgender populations.
In 2000 the Southern Comfort Conference requested Feminist Women’s Health Center (FWHC) in Atlanta to start a Men’s Health Clinic. This clinic was not actually for men but for up-and-coming ‘transmen.’ It would go on to become the Trans Health Initiative (THI) serving both men and women identifying as the opposite sex. The conference was a perfect match. FWHC had long been about aborting natural children and creating alternative ones. They began the first donor insemination program in the Southeast in 1988. Imagine the markets with ‘trans’!
Gender Neutral
It turns out NBTLC does not care who enters the transgender pipeline. What does matter is the pipeline itself. In 2022 they teamed up with Miami’s Restore Medical LLC. Deals have been orchestrated with surgeons John Whitehead, Christian Quitero, and Alain Ramirez for male to female transitions. Ramirez and Whitehead are a homosexual couple offering “the only practice in the Miami area devoted solely to gender affirmation.” Could this be where NBTLC’s first phalloplasty patients sought services?
The bigger picture must be understood to fully dismantle what is happening. LGB and TQ+ are bound together like kryptonite for corporate markets. ART, IVF and the like enjoy wide support. American families are paying a heavy price for supporting the alphabet agenda. A global agenda has used harmful and deceitful practices to create a population of patients. This duped population demands services. The corporate elite is happy to oblige.
This is a sincere question. I'm genuinely not looking for the snarky answer. What is the deal with Buck Angel? Buck has a long, horrible history of promoting the worst of this, everything from the porn to glamorizing it to pushing women into medically transitioning. Then Buck plays the role of criticizing it, being a sex realist, saying this is absolutely not for children, and mocking trans activists to the point that trans activists see Buck as one of their worst enemies. But while saying this isn't for kids and criticizing trans activist rhetoric and legitimately being the person who helps liberals into questioning the trans movement, Buck is still preaching transition as a good thing and engaging in exploitation and making money off of the young people Buck claims to be worried about through box "entertainment" and product being sold. But what trans person is buying Buck's stuff since activists see Buck as a traitor and a bigot? So seriously, what is Buck getting out of this? Has Buck found some lucrative sweet spot for playing both sides of this while making almost everyone mad?
Great article but so depressing
