I think there is a book to be written about how HIV / AIDS lay the groundwork for pharma viewing children (particularly parentless children) as fair game for medical experimentation.
But let me tell you of all the wonderful things estrogen did for me. (a male)
Well, after six months they gave me ittzy bittzy little nipples. And a softer looking face.
Then after two years, they gave me stones in my saliva glands, and kidneys, and gall bladder.
Then after 2.5 years I developed hypertension and had two heart attacks.
I was 145 pounds back then and in great shape.
Then after my surgery, I developed hiatal hernia, and diverticulitis.
Then at 50 I lost both retinas detachment within a week of one another. Eventually losing sight in one eye. I was one of four other older post op transgenders going through the same thing at that eye clinic
And the real joy of my female to male life is... drum roll.
When they cut into my perienum muscle to add my vagina, it weakened it.
eventually stretching my anus to the point that the lower 3 inches is too weak to expel waste by itself. I have to help.
I know of several other older trans who have this problem.
Oh, and did I mention that after the surgery, all desire for sex and attraction to others just fades away?
If this is what doctors call affirmation surgery, I'll fucking pass.
It's like being the oldest living lab rat on earth and death can't come soon enough.
Mothers don't let your boys grow up to be transgirls.
